MANAGING ATTORNEY
As the founder and managing attorney, my focus is to provide reliable and tailored legal solutions in transactional law, corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning. With six years of experience as a transactional attorney, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, from startups to established businesses, helping them navigate the complexities of contracts, business deals, and protecting their personal and business assets.

Outside of the office, I’m involved with my local church, the Assumption Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Glendale. I enjoy traveling, spending time with my wife and our dog, Apollo, as well as hiking and exploring the amazing outdoors that Colorado has to offer. I also enjoy writing and recently published a children's book about Apollo called "Apollo Finds His Courage."
